Published continously since August 2002, the Branch Manager's Letter was created by Lana J. Chandler. Besides writing the newsletter, she's also the person you get when you call or e-mail.

Prior to launching the Branch Manager's Letter, Lana worked at the former One Valley Bank, N.A. in Charleston, WV, for more than 19 years. As Manager of Applications Programming, she was responsible for development and maintenance of retail and commercial systems.

Lana is a graduate of the WV Bankers Association School of Banking. She also spent seven years writing articles for front-line banking newsletters...has authored five books...co-owned and published a local city magazine...and written numerous articles for trade and professional journals.
